You can give gifts as soon as you start here if you have the ray, it won't increase your sexiness just your Karma. Adult activities does not yet increase your sexiness either, as for will there be a distinction between strangers, friends and WGs that would be anyones guess.
To increase your sexiness simply add pics to your profile and have others rate them, also have them rate your blog and profile while they are at it.
