like /entice /rise etc..

and how to send private msg..

About the slash commands look here:

About how to start a private message:
1.) VIP member can start pm with anyone, click on the name on friends list, local list, search list or direct on the avatar with your right mouse button and chose from menu.

2.) Basic member can start pm with Staff and Volunteers only, the procedure is the same. You can find Staff/Volunteers online by using the search option in your friends list.
