What does the VIP and TIPS buttons do i try to use them but they do nothing does someone have the answer please!!

the VIP button at the bottom of your screen use to say UPGRADE before you became a VIP. Now it is simply a reminder that you are a VIP. As for TIPS I've never seen them actually work, I think they are still a work in progress, I'm willing to be wrong on that last point though... if anyone would like to shed some light on that. Vip is like it was stated before only a reminder that you are upgraded. Basic members can click that to be guided to the upgrade process. The Tip Button there you normally got Information's how to move inside the program, slash commands and so far. I think it will come soon again. Greetings Diana
