You can spend rays on gifts for others (prices range from like. 6.50r to 6000.00r and), profile comments (0.10r) picture comments (0.10r). You can also sell them on the Market place (link is on your profile home page). Now for your VIP ribbon. It is gold when your on your home page (the area where you can write your blog and add pics among other things) and it appears blue when your actually viewing your profile.
