Is there any way to have three or more people all involved in sex at the same time? Not just the third person being a watcher?

I have checked out the QA version, and as best I can tell there are opportunities for 1 Male-2 Female, 2 Male-1 Female, and 3 Female. What about 3 males? That's what the gay guys want!
