How to get rays back ?

This is a strange request but I have two accounts and the basic account I sent some rays to with the intention to become VIP for a month. I changed my mind and now I cant get the Rays back cause basic members cant transfer Rays. I have email support on two occassions but I have had no reply.
Has anyone got any idea's on what I can do ?

SweetGuy told me to contact Support for matters like these, not promising anything

So Support must be the right answer

Currently support is out of office (we all like our weekends off). You'll probably hear from them the start of the work week (I'm thinking Tuesdayish)
