Sorry but i couldn't find an appropriate place. I couldn't enter yet. I'm trying to get in but I could not launch - it says an error occured whyle trying to patch my system.

Tried to find a FAQ or something but nothing so far.

What now? PLEASE HELP

easiest thing to do in that situation is uninstall and reinstall
