Trying to delete a comment from my profiles page (the one everyone sees) but am unable to.  What am i doing wrong?

go to the bottom of the page everyone sees ...  and veiw all comments     you can delete from there

Huh  Yes i see that too . Im Not Sure about this  you could try contacting  Customer support  . I havent seen that before .

When you go to your main profile page (the one that lets you make profile changes) click on the comments.  Once there you should see a delete tab in the lower right for each comment
