I upgraded to VIP but for some reason, when i log on i get a message saying i'm still running basic, what am i doing wrong, do i have to restart my computer or what

Have you downloaded and installed the VIP version of the software?

make sure you take the full version  cause with the basic version of the software there are many features you will not be able to use,you wont be able to get naked,sex etc.
