It is my understanding that Basic members can create an account, and they can purchase Rays.  However, in order to sell, you must be VIP.

Hee, you should know, it is your company. Smile  But, yes, I tested this.  You can buy Rays as a greenie if you set up account, but you must be VIP to sell them.  So people hoping to make real money off of rays, must at least spend some money to RLC first. Smile
