Technically no. The only way to do it would be to recreate them because you cant import them as is.

i looked at this when i first started making the clothes.. the size for the sims ones are different and i believe the layout on the texture map... i think im right in saying you would have to rescale them and remake them as the correst files.. not hard but not sure of the quality once you have enlarged the image... obviously the better image you start with the more chance of it ending up as a decent image.
correct me if im wrong

Ummm did you get permission from Maxis (sub division of EA) to use and/or mod. there files? just wondering.
