Not sure what you mean with Seduction. Wellness, The Kingdom of Hearts (Millionaire's Club), Tex's, Subspace and House of Leather and Lace are privately owned clubs/businesses. They all (can) have their own rules. When you click on the sign on the frontdoor of TKoH you can read their rules and function. When you want to use, like to have a party in, a privately owned club/business, you need the owner's permisson.
