Ok i used to be VIP. Do to money reasons i have down graded and have not been on in a couple months. I have gone into the aquarium and can not figure out how to swim?? Have they changed it to VIP only???

Not at all. It's still open to all, it's just been "remodeled". As soon as you walk in, the entrances to the water are on your left and right at the end of the room.
