If you are unable to upgrade with CCBill then please contact us at Customer Support and we'll be happy to assist.  We are able to upgrade people from all over the world with various payment methods.

With the assistance of our Support Center we can take payments via ePassporte.com, WesternUnion.com, Bank Transfers or Money Orders & Checks for users residing in the USA by mail. We are able to take Money Orders from other countries as long as they are in US dollars. However you will be responsible for the $3.00 fee we are charged by our bank for the processing.

If you are interested in paying by one of these methods, we do require that you provide us with proof of your age. All we would need is a copy of your Government Issued ID.  It must be legible so we can read the issuing Government Agency, your full name & date of birth or you will not be upgraded to VIP and money refunded to you. You can send that in by Email, Fax or Postal Mail.

If Emailing:    You can scan a copy of your ID and email it to us at support@redlightcenter.com.  Or take a picture of your ID with a digital camera and email that over.

If Faxing:       It�s best if you enlarge and lighten the copy of the ID, prior to faxing.  Set resolution to SUPERFINE. Our fax number is (775) 580-9977. For our International users its: 001+ (775) 580-9977

If Mailing:      Enlarge and lighten the copy of the ID and mail to:  RLC Support, PO Box 11289, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448 USA.

Rays currently can not be used to upgrade. There is however the option to buy someone a Level 6 or higher webgift which includes 1 month VIP (more for higher leveled gifts). Someone would have to give you the gift in order to receive the VIP.

QUESTION REGARDING LEVEL 6 GIFTS


Question regarding the level 6 webgift, I just gave my lady a level 6 gift and she gave me one at the same time. Now that we have the gifts, how do we get the free month vip? We do not see anything that came with the gift saying or explaining how to use the free month, or if there even is a free month that came with the level 6 gift. please help, we both were saving the past 2 months to go vip tonight. Well, you should get an email with info on what is involved. The gifts are applied manually, so it won't be immediate in most cases.

Another thing you might want to try when having difficulty upgrading is going through a different ISP.  I couldn't upgrade from home through Orange Wanadoo but it worked first time when I did it through my laptop at work.  Not sure what ISP they are using.
I am never wrong. I thought I was once but it turns out I was mistaken.

What about paypal? I dont have a credit card (dont like them) but I do keep a nice balance on my paypal acct.

Thanks I will do that. Also, regarding proving age... I'm 30, but dont have a photo ID (my passport is curently being renewed & I dont have a drivers license). All I have is my (original) american birth certificate and loads of bills lol. Would they be able to help me out there as well?

If you dont like Credit cards you can get a prepaid card called a Greendot..........you can check it out at getmygreen.com i believe you can get a visa card or Mastercard either one its like $20 bucks for the card and you can add what everamount to it also works as a ATM card its great no monthly charge or anything and it works just like a Credit card........
