Hi, i want to age verify, but i am a little leary about doing so. I am planning on downloading my id but i need to know that my id will not be used for anything else. I have been scamed before and i am not saying that this is a scam but, i want to be sure. What do you do with the id after you verify my age?

thanks in adavnce, please reply so i know that it is safe to send my id. i am tired of being green and have enough rays to up it to vip.

You can upload a valid id with a clear date of birth on it to https://www.utherverse.com/id which is a secure serve link to the site and only they can see it as for any other questions on whats done with it that's best to email support@utherverse.com directly to get the up to date info and to keep your personal information safe rather then in the forums here.

Hello, I got a free free VIP membership from a promo code and it says it will be applied when i age verify. I do not feel comfortable uploading my ID yet but i am willing to use my credit card to verify my age. Except i do not want to pay the full $20 for the month on my credit card when i got VIP for FREE from promo code. How can I use my credit card to verify but not pay the full price?

You only have to age verify with us once for an account. If you have been billed by CCBill or in most cases were previously a VIP then you have completed this process already.

^ That seems to be false because I already used my credit card once to get VIP, I got the bill from CCBill in my email inbox and was VIP on the game for a month yet now they want me to age verify again?

the process takes up to a few days, and they send you an email to let you know if you have been verified...

I have the exact same problem. My bf has normally gifted me VIP. Tried to do the same 2 days ago but got message I was not age-verified, though I am... So I walk around green and wait for customer service to fix the problem for me Smile

Please upload the relevant ID to www.utherverse.com/ID. If none of the ID is in english, you may be required to provide a second form of ID.

Once you've uploaded support will be happy to assist with the age verification process.

was wanting to know how long it will take to verify an id so that way i can get back to vip even though i was already vip and i dont understand y i have to verify my age considering i was already vip....please let me know would really like to be back vip again Undecided
