this message keeps coming up when i try to log on

make sure your connected to internet

i'm on aol and my internet is connected n my log in details are correct

help would be greatly appriciated

If you still cannot log into RLC, check to see if you have any third-party firewalls running like Norton Internet Security or any other firewall,etc. The firewall thats included in Windows XP should be fine to leave running.
If you are using dial-up, forget it- RLC will not work with that and runs best on a broadband connection.
