The best thing to do is to reply to the email you received and ask them for help on payment methods.  Explain to them how you want or are able to pay.  RLC is very helpful regarding payments and will bend over backward to help.

Hi !!  Recently, on another website,they had verify my age using "adobe flash"...via my webcam.I had to record a short declaration,already set,and showing clearly enough my date of birth(and pic of course) onto a Gov issued ID.They send you back an e-mail of confirmation the minutes following.. Found it easy.. For myself, I hate those who say "give me your credit card number for age verif...you wont be billed for nothing...trust me,I'm in love with your mother"...and...blabla...all u need is a mic and a webcam..and it's done!!

Can this information be given to someone who is trying to cancel their account as well?  I had a user in the Netherlands yesterday say he couldn't cancel.  Also that he didn't have a time friendly number to call.  I referred him here and also to the CCBill information, so that he would have at least a number to call to get further information.  If this is not correct can you please let me know what the correct information is?  Thank you!

So if I am reading this correctly, without showing you my government issued ID, I cannot become VIP and cannot use all of the features of the system? I understand the predicament, but at 31 years old, it has been quite some time since anyone "carded" me.

Please let me know if there is any other way to do this as I have no intention whatsoever of exposing my actual identity to anyone here... including the staff. No offense intended, but I do not know you. I am enjoying the world very much but would like to be more than a basic member.

You cannot be gifted vip without exposing your actual identity, lucky you don't live in the UK, I had to send a photo ID plus my birth certificate!  All incase I might see or participate in cartoon sex lol.
