To verify your age all we would need is a copy of your Government Issued ID.  It must be legible so we can read the issuing Government Agency, your full name & date of birth or the account will not be upgraded to VIP. You can send that in by Email, Fax or Postal Mail.


If Emailing:     You can scan a copy of your ID and email it to us at support@redlightcenter.com.  Or take a picture of   your ID with a digital camera and email that over.

A while ago I have made this suggestion. When someone tries to give the VIP gift and it is denied, they are notified  the age of the receiver must be verified. Besides that info, it would be very nice to also show the info Jules gave here. Should not be that difficult to do it that way. It will save a lot of confusion and it will save the volunteers of having to give this info all the time. Thanks a lot in advance

Passport should be fine as long as it's a legal government document, the required information is clearly legible, and the photo is clear.

As long as you send it through one of the methods Jules has posted, then you're information is safe.

As far as CCBill, if you are able to begin a payment method through them, that is your verification, so no further verification is needed. You will be billed from the time you successfully complete your transaction with CCBill, so wait until the funds are available before attempting to upgrade through them.

Best thing to do then is to write to support@redlightcenter.com so you can figure out something together.

It may take a while for it to be verified. The verification is done manually, so that means that the staff have to actually look at it and do whatever magical things they need to do to confirm it. There have been a flood of support issues coming in (which will hopefully be eased with the coming update), so it may take a day or 2 for it to be verified.

If someone is buying you a gift VIP or giving you a level 6 or higher gift, tell them to go ahead and do it. That way they will already have the "order" by the time it's verified and you'll be VIP a little quicker.

I wanna cancell my VIP how could I email the customer service??? There is no sense of keeping muy VIP if I cant even go in the world.. Please HELP.....
