well first advice that I would give is that maybe you picked up a corrupt file in your download so just remove evetyhing on your pc RLC related and do a fresh download..I hope this helps you


to remove RLC from your pc first do a add/remove
then go into your My computer
C:
program files and look for the RLC file

Open it and delete all that is in there

Delete the RLC file

Delete also the file when you saved it to download it


go to  http://www.redlightcenter.com/ and do a fresh download

I also know that since we have the layering feature alot of the video cards do not work right

Some have tried to up date the drivers with success and some have not

Most problems are solved with a new video card
