If you downgrade your service, you maintain your VIP status until the end of your billing cycle. Then you will be downgraded to regular status.

The release scheduled tentatively for Tuesday afternoon will hopefully solve some of these issues. If you want me to go ahead and downgrade your account so you are not billed again please email support@redlightcenter.com and we can take care of it at anytime.
