I have been given a gift VIP which includes some time with Ms.Sweetass_Sin.... !
How do I take up this part of the gift.. I can't find a profile with that name?

it's not real...but you do get a free vip with the gift.

You mean a level (something) gift?
A gift VIP is when someone buys you a month VIP (only for basic members - can not extend VIP dates from one who already is VIP)
