I was gifted rays and would like to use them for VIP status. Can someone tell me how that works?

you know, just answering the question would be a lot easier.

In answer to your question, you will have to have someone gift you the VIP then pay them back out of the rays you have. Some people may be willing to do this, others, not so much. Hope this helps

Only when a trader account is matured, and that seems impossible without credit card and a billing history.

In short: " people without credit card and/or billing history at RLC cant withdraw funds, buy gift VIP" (even when they have a Alertpay account)

They can deposit money though (...) Cool
