I want to use the web player from playlist.com and be able to select the track I want to listen to while in my Zaby. I added a sign, attached the script Attach Web Browser and put in the URL of the player. It shows up as expected, but I can click on the page to start the music or select a song. Should the page be interactive?

I've found that you just set up the jukebox and direct it to your profile page. Once the profile page opens, the music starts to play.

This has been answered before in a post but to re-iterate.

The RLC browser windows aren't perfect, many various web players and in browser buttons requires multiple pushes to get them to work. But you can click on them to highlight them and then use various keys such as the arrow keys and tab key to play, faster forward and rewind. Basically after selecting the player you can try to hit the tab key and see if it highlights a specific button (tested with playlist.com). You can also set them to auto play and hide the player...but if you want it to stop the music or forward.

Also playlists in your zaby does not mean everyone hears what you select or fast forward to. If you've been in your zaby for 3 minutes and played through the first song, when someone else comes into you zaby, they will be hearing the first song on the list as if they just went to playlist.com or whatever web page you have your list on. Even when you fast forward or rewind, it doesn't affect their player only yours.

By setting the player to auto play you can guarantee that they will hear the music from your list in whatever order they want to.

The other solution is to use streaming audio which means everyone will hear the same thing.

Geekings,

If you have a player you might want to add to your blog page and see if you hear it that way.

Here's some notes on a dance floor and clickable jukebox

Dance Floor
Create a Trigger Box in Prop Editor
Re-size it and place it where you want
Make sure it goes all the way to the floor and preferably to the ceiling
Script the trigger box with one of the following
Dance
Dance Country
Dance Exotic (have not tested this one yet, but could be fun *W*)
State (with Advanced checked)
NOT collidable
Check Invisible
Check Trigger
Un-lock it and exit Prop Editor
Done

Juke box
Create a Jukebox in Prop Editor
Click (check) Advanced in Prop Editor (upper right of the prop editor window)
Script it with Cached Clickable Web Image
Put nothing in the Image URL
Put the address of the music page in Click URL
It should be an address that you can put in your browser and the music starts playing without further input
Turn on/off this feature should NOT be checked
Collidable should be the ONLY state checked, and even that is optional
keeps ppl from walking through your jukebox, but does nothing either way for operations
Un-lock it and exit Prop Editor
Done

NOTES:
Dance floor will start you dancing as soon as you walk on it
Each person in the zaby will have to click on the jukebox to hear the music
Everyone will hear the same music at the same time
It will start up a media player and start streaming the music
You can turn the music off by stopping the media player
