Go to "market trade", sell your rays and get founds to pay for the upgrade, using Alert Pay or simular.

You can also send the rays to a friend, and have him/her buy you the vip gift which gives 30 days vip.

Other than doing a marketplace trade like mentioned, there is no direct way to purchase yourself a VIP with your rays.

What you can do is have a VIP member purchase one of the specific level 6 VIP gift sent to you, which will include a 1 month VIP. Once you are age verified, you will be upgraded. Being a VIP member you can then send rays to other people, allowing you to repay the person the rays used to purchase you that gift.
