When you log onto your social center profile on the right side it shows the zaby building.. just click on it and choose which one you would like and purchase it... then there is a house rule button on there click that and you can choose what rules to apply.. after that your all done. just log on to the utherverse program and when you reach the home or rlc trans just click the arrow thats facing downward.... close to the bottom it says zaby click on it and you will enter your zaby... if you have any qustions feel free to ask... hope this helps you

as of currently you do not need to be a vip member to get a zaby... basic can not have sex though... there was a thread somewhere brian said this
