Hi, I purchased a Zaby by mistake. It's not the Zaby I want. Is there any way to delete or undo the purchased Zaby?

Ewwww I dont think that now you can do that...Maybe later they will add this feature...Maybe you can try to email support@utherverse.com No love can make me get rid of my wings.

all zabys are free for first 4 weeks, you will be asked to pick the one you want at the end of that. Go to your Social Center and there is a whole explaination of how that works. By default every VIP gets a basic Zaby. ~For free.:d

I have a different problem: I created a new zaby to experiment with and...foobed it up. my question now is how do I delete the one I don't want and keep the one I do want. it seems to keep trying to delete the (free) zaby I want to keep, rather than the (pay) zaby I don't want.

go to your social page and click on one of them then it brings up what you have purchased... it should say default, house rules and delete and you pick your default one and just delete the other(s)

I tried that. it keeps trying to delete the one I don't want to give up, regardless of which one I choose.

make sure that u have the one that u want to keep as ur default one then try deleting. should work. worked for me

Hi there :-)
I too signed up for two Zabys at the beginning to look at them, and then realized I really didnt want to deal with rent as Im in so sporadically. Im leery of deleting the two original test Zabys because both of them seem to have money in the lockboxes, $37.50 in one and 30 in the other, I cant afford to lose those rays :-( There are two days to go before rent is due. Is there any way to keep from losing my rays?
