How to Establish and Reset a Ray Pin
When you first try to send Rays or a Web Gift to another user you will be asked to establish a Ray Pin - much like your bank Pin this is an added security feature. Never give out your pin to anyone, not even staff.
How To Establish Pin
1.) To establish a PIN simply log into the Utherverse Social Center.
2.) Go to the person’s profile you wish to send a webgift to and click on ‘Send Me A Gift’ in the Message Center.
3.) Click ‘Establish a PIN’. Pick a PIN that will be easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
Your PIN cannot be your Social Center password, username or email address. There will be no way to recover this PIN by email. You'll have to contact Customer Support directly for us to reset it for you.
How To Reset Pin
1.) Email
support@utherverse.com and request to have your PIN reset.
**This MUST be done from the email address we have on file for you or the request will not be honored.
2.) We will email you once we reset your PIN.
