I have a problem with speed chat, not just me i hear compleents all around me ......

In almost all of utherverse rooms im not hearing speed chat not my one and not of partner, it is just speedchat im not hearing for example bdsm wip i can hear, club music i can hear. i tried to download the newest media player but i already have the latest..
i check in folder of utherverse if souds are ok and they are, i can hear them just fine will playing from the map.
And also my options are standing correctly.

I really want to hear the speedchat too, even if i dont really need it, it is something within the system and it should work, were paying for rlc so i want to that all off the program works oke

I also even removed rlc and redownloaded it.

Can anyone or tech support tell me what to do?
