How do you mean play??? Do you have the program downloaded? If yes you will need to login with your email address and password you have here. Once you get there you can move with the mouse or arrow buttons. You can change your avatars with the Customize button at the top of your page and talk with others in General Chat. Not sure what other questions you have, maybe you could specify them

Once in world, you can go to the Welcome Center on Main Street for a refresher.

open your profile (social center)
then you have a section of tabs

At a glance
my profile
my messages
my friends
etc..


open the my profile tab
then it will give you another list of tabs
each one you can click and make the changes you want
make sure you hit save changes once you make the changes for each section
