please tell me how to put my pic on my profile (missing pic).

If you haven't already, upload the pic you want into your "My Pic's" section.
After it's uploaded, click the coorosponding checkmark for that pic.
A box will pop up, select the "Set as default" option.
Click the "Go" box.

That should do it.
