if you mean the sounds RLC provides then have the world sounds turned on in options-sometimes they work and sometimes not,they are a bit fickle
if you mean his or her own voice then you need another venue like yahoo chat,msn chat or skype chat

But I only hear my voice, NOT my partner's. Anyway to change that?
