To set up your PIN simply log into the Utherverse site. You will see the opportunity on the left top of your screen. Choose a PIN but be sure you memorized it and you will remember it just like with PINs in reality
Your PIN can't be your Social Center password, username or email address. You won't be able to recover your PIN by email. You'll have to contact Customer Support to reset it.

i have looked all over the top of the screen but cant find anywhere to set up the Pin? can u say exactly where it is? thanx!

A] How-To Establish
1.) To establish a PIN simply log into the Utherverse Social Center.
2.) Go to the person’s profile you wish to send a webgift to and click on ‘Send Me A Gift’ in the Message Center.
3.) You will be redirect to the Establish Pin Page. If you do not see this page, u had already setup b4. Follow the steps to reset instead.

B] How-To Reset (if u don't see establish a pin page)
1.) Email support@redlightcenter.com and request to have your PIN reset.
**This MUST be done from the email address u login or the request will not be honored.
2.) They will email you once we reset your PIN.
3.) Login and follow the steps to establish your pin.


Your PIN cannot be your Social Center password, username or email address. There will be no way to recover this PIN by email. You'll have to contact Customer Support directly for us to reset it for you.
