You will be able to choose from different kind of gifts with different prices. Pick one, add your own note and send it. You may also need to set a PIN if you haven't done it yet. You can send profile comments as well with the help of Myspace and other similar online graphics, just get the code on the graphics' website and paste it as a new profile comment, it is under the Frinds section on a person's profile.
