Cant take pics in rlc

I just recently got a new comp and downloaded rlc. Every time i try to take a pic, it says "pic failed to take"...anyone know how I can fix this? any help would be appreciated, thank you very much Smile

you might try uninstalling, and then reinstalling your RLC.

i know it's a pain, but it's worth a try.

What are you taking the picture with? The RLC picture function? You could try turning off your firewall or anti-virus software ONLY while running the program.
