Using a Swedish keyboard, I cant seem to find the right key
to hide the screen text. Anyone know which key ?

I don't know anything about Swedish keyboards, but on my keyboard it is the = (+) key.

I have hungarian keyboard...LOL I had to try every keys till I found the right one and maybe you need the Shift as well like I need it.
