this is the applictaion, although after filling it out it could take some time before you get a responce, they choose there guides at random and about 5 at a time if im not mistaking. While you are waiting it is a good thing to hang out in WC and get to know the guides and staff that are always being friendly and working so hard. Try to watch and learn as they do there thing  Get in good with them, and you might find you will have some really good refreances to your application  Sfox
