Ok, I know that a "greenie" can send a gift to another user..... my question is can a "greenie" send a gift VIP??? if they have the rays that is. thanks in advance for your help

no, for some reason that was recently taken away from them. personally i feel that if they earned the rays they should be able to spend them on whatever they want to.
