Well I wouldn't bother searching for penis, as s0phie already pointed out that there is currently no way to enhance that. So what other words might you search for hmmm did you try breast, or maybe boob or some variation of one of those?

Of course I could just give you the answer, but I think s0phie is attempting to help you learn how the forum works. I will give you a hint though it has to do with the way the textures cover the fixed mesh of the female body on here and what the texture looks like.
