I need help fixing my virtual world sofeware, did anyone else have a hard time starting it up?

 Hello, Just wondering if anyone can help me solve my sofeware issues? if you have any tips, there are more than welcome. My RLC world wont complete the start up after the login, i get a internet explorer error, does anyone want to share a better copy of this program? help....signed the Sad, Surfer,lol DarkSurfer954 attached the following image(s):  FAMILY024.jpg (9kb) downloaded 39 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try and register.
