Hi there

Wonder if someone can point me in the right direction. Where can we find the UVmaps to produce our own skins/clothing/accessories?

Also can we create new meshes to use in RLC? I use 3Dstudio max and would like to create new mesh components.

I saw the extensions of the meshes are (.gml) is there an export add in for MAX?

thanks in advance

As far as the textures maps check the "Textures: Clothing and Tattoos" sction of this forum. I think they were posted at one time.

Making new meshes though is a whole different deal they actually use the gr2 code I think and and complied using granny software. I don't think we are allowed to make our own at this thime though.

Thanks CX for the reply.

Its a pitty bout the meshes though... would have loved to add some!

Then tell me how does one make money off of making items for RLC? I see some developers are creating textures but provide it free of charge.

It would be nice to create some items and then selling them to users... (cheaply) but at least we get some return for the efforts.

Build up your reputation as a designer first, then people will ask you to do custom work and generally offer to pay you in rays, as long as your work is good and your prices fair you can make a little.
