i just downloaded it but i dont know what to do next?
im just walking around randomly and not doing anything.

I would advise you head to the welcome center first, head right as you walk out of the door at the end of the transport center, then right again through the revolving doors. You'll find guides and posters here who will be able to help you out in real time.

where is the transport center?

The transport center is the room you start in when you first log in, there's a door at the very end of the room. Go through that, then once you are on the street, turn right and walk up to the big purple building in the corner, just before you get to it there is a set of revolving doors, go through them and you are in the welcome center.

does the door at the end of the room have a sign above it saying 'red light center'? if it is that one then i can't go through/it wont open...
