I must have somethig set up wrong...When I go into any of the movie houses, all I see is blank screens that say "Loading". Tell me what I need to do to see and load movies, please.Shocked

What if I'm having trouble seeing the movies?

Movie Players - There are 3 movie players you want to have installed. Follow the links below for the newest versions. All of them are free downloads.

Real Player -
Free version is fine, look for the fine print to find it

Windows Media Player -
It is recommended that you upgrade to the newest version.

Quick Time
Some of the plugins require Apple's quicktime format.

If you have the newest version and you're still having problems. There are many things that could go wrong. It could be the movie player, the movie itself, or something about your computer, such as security or firewall settings. We recommend emailing us with your problem.

Because of the complexity of solving movie problems, be sure to include as many details as possible about your specific problem, including your operating system, processor speed, RAM, browser name and version, software versions, connection speed, firewall information, names of all security softwares and the exact details of the error and we'll give you a hand.


PS: some movies have broken links.

Thanks. I have all the latest players and plugins, so I'll get with tech support and see what they can do.
