If you are in game, go into your profile, press (my home-top) (my blog) and under your pics (left side) it says post new entry.

Create your blog and save by pressing (create a blog).
Once created you can edit, delete, or post a comment.

Always use post new entry for new blog.
Play_Quebec or Playou...French dim
