Renting a Dim from an Existing Landlord

I am not generally a new post starter....but I have been searching all over and cannot find an answer to this question.

Supposing I rent a dim from an existing landlord, like an Oasis dim or Leather and Lace dim. Would I be able to use actual money rather than rays? (I don't have a whole lot of those). How would people get there? As far as I can tell, you can't just type in a destination and go there.

I don't know enough to ask more intelligent questions, but these are the main ones.

I believe most of the ones that rent dims are taking rays only, but if u have a paypal account u can transfer money
into your bank account here and purchase rays on the market. after you transfer the money in then just put in how
many rays you want to buy and at what price. Quickest it to look at the ones selling rays and see what the price is
