How to save my personnal texture?

Cool and nice too know this all, but can anyone tell where I can download this newest version of RLC. Coz I am believing that I am still running on the old stuff.

there is a tab on your profile now labeled avatar that is sort of likr your old myinfo.ini file but is not exactly like it i have yet to get the look i want from it lol but still trying
