I am not the owner/seller, only the Agent.

Disneyland of RLC is for sale to the tune of 13,000 USD. One lump sum, payments will not be accepted.
Once an offer is accepted, the buyer can work out payment with the current owner.

The sale of Disneyland of RLC is under the following conditions:

1) It must be maintained and kept open to the public, and
2) There must never be a fee charged to use it.


There are over 100 properties in Disneyland of RLC and all properties are included in the sale.
Some will need repair, most all need continuous maintenance.

If you are interested, contact BB_Licious. Only serious inquiries will be entertained.

Over 100 properties.

In the past several years, I estimate the owner has invested at least 45k USD into this park, never charging
a DIME for people to use it. Hosting parties, karaoke, Christmas-tree lighting every year with free gifts
for everyone..and much more.

I also would say that 45k is a low estimate for what he has put into it. So yes, 13k USD.

The seller met with an attorney before he even started building the park, to find out what he could and could not do. He was given advice which he has followed and has had no issues.

I never asked but I doubt he has been given direct permission from the Disney corporation.

Although an attorney or Disney might let the matter stay off their radar when there is no monetary gain in the past, by selling the property with the name "Disneyland" now opens up an entire legal matter due to copyright laws.

He's not selling rooms full of Disney logos. He's selling hundreds of properties of workmanship from a variety of decos in Utherverse. Some of them are just too beautiful for words...

Anyway, y'all can continue to discuss it, I don't care. The fact remains that it is for sale. If anyone is serious about it, they know how to contact me.

At one time, this may have been the opening amount to come to a sensible price. And I unserstand you are not the owner.
But really, no one is sure classic RLC/Utherverse will live another year. You should advise the actual seller
to lower his expectations a bit. 2k would be generous and I am not going into why.
But being his agent... you should.
