I heard that Vip can get apartments but how do we get one?

I Have Heard That at ZABYs in Virtual Vancouver A VIP (That Has Been a VIP for Over Two Months) Can Get An Apartment There, But Must Furnish His/Her Apartment with Rays. I Have Also heard that these APARTMENTs Are Not Yet Ready? Why? How Long Do We VIPs Have To Wait For This to Happen? Anyone Out There that Is a VIP Have The Answer to This? I Would Like To Have My VIP Apartment at ZABYs NOW. I Have Been a VIP Since 1/03/08, That's over Two Months as of 3/03/08. Its Now Atleast Two and a Half Months AND COUNTING? What Is With the POWERS That BE? Can't They Get their ACT TOGETHER And Make This HAPPEN? [SexyMale4U_GSTH].

nothing can be done with apartments until they get the locks working in the program.
