You can use the create Light Script, If you really want to learn about the lighting script take Cordonocus Lighting Class only 25 rays, you'll be making watercolors as you wish too soon enough.

Find a RGB color chart online. Take a trigger out of prop edit. Use the "create light" script. Use the RGB numbers from the chart for
your color of choice. Name the trigger, for example.. "water cooler". Make sure the trigger completely surrounds the portion you're
trying to recolor. Once you apply the lighting script, everything inside the trigger will turn black. When you apply the RGB color
numbers, it will change color. Make sure you do NOT use the "unlit" option in State tab or it won't work properly.

Damn you, Addamant, for turning me into a forum whore! *shakes fist*

The fun of doing that is if it is a pond I use the round floor and apply the animated Script and select water light. Then for second script on same prop, Create Light and set it on R/B/G 150/0/0 for Blood. You can do Chocolate, or Toxic Green if want. Also can do this for the Waterfall Prop and Script as well. If any questions feel free to ask me.
