Is the property owned by someone who currently has "basic" status? If so you will not be able to create a custom bot unless you have a UV Business license. This is often the problem that many have shared here in the forums. If this is not the situation, please give us more details so that we can more closely examine the situation and hopefully come up with the proper solution. Best, Anhton

Anyway, if you like I will try to create you a custom bot, but I imagine you know others that could. It will only take a minute or so, so I won't need deco for long to see if it shows for me. I can put a custom bot in other peoples properties.
