How do i fix this glitch? I can send and they get it but when they send I do not see the box to accept...please help

Check your settings and look if you have ignore all requests checked

go to the little picture of the wrench (in the upper right hand corner of your screen) scroll through the list, i believe the one you are looking for is on the right side but i could be wrong
